CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life - pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Looking for a productive way for your teen to stay active this summer?

Our 6-week TeenLift program is designed to help athletes and teens build strength, confidence, and proper lifting technique in a safe, supportive environment.

✅ Build strength and athletic performance
✅ Learn proper lifting technique
✅ Improve mobility and movement quality
✅ Gain confidence in and out of sports
✅ Train with certified youth coaches

📅 Starts June 22
🕕 Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
📍 New Day CrossFit
💲 $250 for 12 coach-led sessions

Perfect for middle and high school students who want to learn how to train safely and effectively.
