Dear Families of Graduating Seniors,

In an effort to provide the safest and best experience for our Class of 2026 graduates and families, we are making adjustments to the graduation ceremony schedule. This decision comes after closely monitoring the weather forecast for Saturday’s graduation ceremonies and the possibility of thunderstorms in the late morning into the early afternoon.

Updated Graduation Times for Saturday, June 6, 2026:

R.A. Long High School: Gates open at 7:30 a.m., Ceremony starts at 9 a.m.

Mark Morris High School: Gates open at 5 p.m., Ceremony starts at 6 p.m.

Location: Memorial Stadium (unchanged)

We understand that schedule changes can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of our graduates. Thank you for your support as we work to ensure a memorable and safe ceremony for everyone.

Congratulations to Josephine Sully and Olivia Thomas for placing in the Pole Vault at the State Track Tournament!

Josie jumped her personal best of 11'3" to take the 2A State Championship!!

Olivia also took the podium with a 3rd place finish with a final mark of 10'6".

Way to go Jills!!

Spring football registration is now open under 2026/27 Fall Sports. Parent/Guardians will need to go to FinalForms at https://longview-wa.finalforms.com/ to get the process started.

Yesterday several athletes competed in the District Track meet.

Olivia Thomas (Gr 9), with a personal best of 10'9" took 1st place in Pole Vault and Josie Sully (Gr 10) followed in second place with a mark of 10".

Hailey Simon-Felix (Gr 9) ran a 26.51 second 200m race placing 3rd.

Our girls 4x100 team of Jillian Woodruff (Gr 12), Hailey Simon-Felix (Gr 9), Rebecca Montgomery (Gr 11) and Samantha Montgomery (Gr 11) ran a 50.67 second relay to place 3rd.

These top 3 placements have earned them a ticket to the State tournament in Tacoma, May 28-30!
