When we aren’t out catching fish with you guys, you can probably find us on the softball field! I feel extremely fortunate to be able to play a small part in helping this awesome organization, and help pave the way for an amazing group of girls to fall in love with the sport of softball.

We have such an awesome, fun, and silly group of girls. Each and every one of them is a pleasure to work with. I look forward to watching them learn and grow! I’m extremely grateful to be working with a fantastic coaching staff. I’ve learned a lot from them, and I’m thankful they’re willing to put up with me!

Thank you to Longview Girls Softball Association for being welcoming to all of us, and our girls. It’s been a blast, and we look forward to more softball in the years to come!

Labor Day weekend is always a blast. Great crews, great weather, and lots of feisty fish. I feel extremely fortunate to live where we do. I’ll never take these experiences for granted. I feel blessed being able to share these opportunities, and memories with others!

Well, that was fun.

Started off rough for us, losing a ton of fish right off the bat. We were able to flip the script and put the hammer down on em. Killed our limits of Chinook and Coho. Those Millennial bait company blades were keeping us busy.

This crew absolutely rocked it. Nice work, guys!

Being a guide is awesome, but the trips like this really hold a special place in my heart.

I got to spend the evening fishing with my beautiful wife and babies, and my brother. Fishing was tough, Until it wasn’t. Once it turned on, it was red hot. Each of the kiddos got to reel in their own fish, and I even got to fight one myself.

We wrapped up the trip with jumping in the Columbia and swimming. It could not have been more perfect of an evening.

These are the evenings that we dream of all winter long.

Sometimes you’re the hammer, sometimes you’re the nail.

The Wet Net boat dealt with some tough fishing this last weekend. I just never could put all the pieces of the puzzle together. With that being said, I’ll never take for granted the experiences we are able to help create, even on the tough days. Great company always makes the tough fishing easier to deal with.

We didn’t walk away with limits, and we had to grind for them, but I was fortunate to have a couple tough groups with some determined youngsters, who were willing to work for them! We were able to help a few anglers catch their first salmon ever, and that’s something I’ll never be disappointed about.

Thank you to those that joined me this last weekend! I’m looking forward to the remainder of the season.

What a damn fun weekend! Fishing was killer for some, and real tough for a lot of others. Unfortunately, we fell into the second group there. Thankfully, I had some great crews that were willing to grind it out, and paid off. It wasn’t all butterflies and limits, but everyone that jumped in had a blast, and walked away with fish. I can’t ask for anymore than that!

A few special fish this weekend! 3 of our fisherman this weekend got the opportunity to catch their first salmon ever! Seeing the smiles and joy on their face while fighting the fish, and breath of relief when it hit the net…That’s what it’s all about.

Seats are filling slowly but surely for Drano, but I still have some availability! We are creeping up on peak season, and we are seeing signs of promise for a great season! These are some of the best eating fish we get back in our river, and they’re hard fighting, feisty little buggars!
