Thank you very much Lisbon Credit Union investing in our program. It’s an honor to know this donation was in honor of Roop and he provided a lot for our Lisbon Community.

❤️ HONORING A LEGACY OF COMMUNITY & YOUTH SPORTS

Lisbon Community Federal Credit Union is proud to make a $1,000 donation to the Lisbon Junior Athletic League in memory of Marty Roop.

Marty served on our Supervisory Committee for many years, generously giving his time and dedication to our credit union and its members. He was also an avid supporter of local youth sports and understood the important role these programs play in the lives of young people and families throughout our community.

We can think of no better way to honor Marty’s memory than by supporting something that meant so much to him.
This $1,000 donation will help the Lisbon Junior Athletic League continue providing opportunities for local youth to learn, play, grow, and be part of a team.

Thank you, Marty, for your years of service to Lisbon Community FCU and for the difference you made in our community. Your legacy lives on. ❤️

Just got an update from the boys 12u Baseball team and they lost the first two games of the tourney.

They worked hard to get to states and battled all tourney long so Great job boys!

We are very proud of all the Lisbon teams that played this weekend. You represented our league and town well!

Please help me congratulate your BACK 2 BACK 8u state Champs!!! These girls didn’t lose a single game all tourney. For a very young team this is very impressive and way to keep it in Lisbon Girls!!!

Our 10u Lisbon team finished as a runner up in the state championship game to a very strong Greene team! This team is VERY young as well and it took a total team effort from everyone!

💥💥Lisbon 10u with a HUGE come from behind victory after being down 7-1 in the 3rd!!!!

They beat Poland 13-10

They play now in the winners bracket finals!!

If they win we play again at 2:30pm. If we lose we play at 6:30pm. Come and out watch some entertaining baseball!

8u earned a rest day tomorrow!
10u to play tomorrow in auburn at 10 vs Poland!
