I want to give a shout out to my helper bees, 🐝 the ladies who just recently joined the team, helping me catch back up and create these new fun challenges. I’m enjoying the slow pace of the days of school, and one-on-one sessions with my favorite little friends! These will for sure be a hit with the kids! 🍏 🍎

🍎 NEW CHALLENGE ALERT: APPLE ORCHARD ADVENTURE! 🍏
Our newest Bee Me Challenge is ready! Stop in and see if you can complete all 6 apple-themed stations:
🍎 Pick the apples
☠️ Find the poison apple
🎯 Toss the apple through the hoop
🧗 Climb the apple orchard
⚽ Kick the apple through the cones
🧺 Sort the apples into the right baskets
This challenge is packed with climbing, balance, coordination, motor planning, strengthening, and plenty of fun!

Beautiful day today at Bee Me 🐝 Our friends, AAC with Alma and Me, were here this morning reading one of my favorite stories Dragons Love Tacos! The sun was shining through the windows as we paint for our fall mural! As a clinical instructor for occupational therapy students, today I welcomed to Bee Me, my 4th student from UNMC! Please stop in and say hi to her on Friday’s 10-1! Drum Roll… my favorite part of the day was running an exercise group for the loveliest group of people!

I am grateful and humbled by our communities support of the gym. Thank you for always showing up! Thank you for bringing my vision to life, spending the rest of my OT career as an alternative OT for the community, I like to say! Hey, creating my own category is okay right!? From 2008 acute in-patient rehab OT to 2013 school-based and early intervention OT to 2022 pediatric out-patient OT, to 2024 bridging a gap! Here for all when you need it, stop in and say hi! ❤️
