LUDA - Lincoln Ultimate Disc Association LUDA holds four ultimate leagues per year and is dedicated to growing the sport in the Lincoln area. You can also sign up for our mailing list on our home page.

The Lincoln Ultimate Disc Association (LUDA), founded in the fall of 2008 by four guys with a huge passion for ultimate, is dedicated to promoting the sport of ultimate (sometimes called ultimate Frisbee™) in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the surrounding area. LUDA is focused on providing competitive and enjoyable ultimate centered around the sport's Spirit of the Game, which challenges ultimate players

to embody the values of respect, integrity, honesty, and positivity. These values must be upheld both for the enjoyment of everyone involved and because ultimate is a self-governing sport, meaning players (and not officials or referees) are responsible for knowing the rules of ultimate and calling out fouls and violations when they occur. We strive to offer all players in our community the opportunity to exhibit these values, and we believe they do a fantastic job of it! LUDA hosts four seasonal leagues per year in Lincoln, as well as additional ultimate-related events from time to time. We also maintain strong connections and relationships with local ultimate pick-up groups as well as area club teams and college teams. Stay informed on upcoming leagues, other events, and everything else going on with LUDA via our page. Everyone 19 years of age or older, or 18 if a University of Nebraska student, is welcome to play in LUDA leagues and events. All participants that are not yet 19 will be required to submit an under 19 waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
