Congratulations to our incredible Group Exercise Instructors, Suzi and Becky, on completing the IRONMAN Omaha 70.3 triathlon this last Sunday!

Together, they conquered a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and finished strong with a 13.1-mile run.

We are so proud to have Suzi and Becky as part of our YMCA family. Be sure to congratulate them the next time you see them! 🚴‍♀️🏊

You can often find Lane on our wellness floor squatting, deadlifting, and of course fitting in his cardio.

Lane serves as a reminder to all of us about the importance of staying active as we age. His dedication, consistency, and positive attitude inspire both our staff and fellow members every day.

We had a great time representing the YMCA of Lincoln, NE at the Wellness Fair for Lincoln City and Lancaster County employees!

This was a fantastic opportunity for staff to learn more about their health through our Evolt Body Composition scans and discover all the programs, services, and wellness opportunities the Y has to offer.

It’s also a great reminder that public servant employees — including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, City of Lincoln employees, and Lancaster County employees — are eligible for a special discount on their Lincoln YMCA membership!
