If you’re 35+ and doing CrossFit, you already know the deal…

You’re not trying to “take it easy.”
You still want to lift heavy, move fast, and compete.

But there’s one problem:
Your body doesn’t always recover like it used to.

That shoulder that always talks back on pressing days

Elbows that flare up during pull-ups or barbell cycling

Knees that get cranky after squats or box jumps

Something that’s always just a little off

You can train through it… until you can’t.

That’s why we partnered with LYV Peptides.

You don’t need 100s of new recipes to eat healthy.

You need 4–5 go-to meals you can make without thinking.

This is our “Chipotle at home” bowl:
Protein ✔️
Carbs ✔️
Healthy fats ✔️
Flavor ✔️

And the best part? We make this all the time—just tweak it depending on the week:
• Chicken → steak → ground beef
• tortillas → salads
• Add or remove toppings based on what we’ve got

Eating well isn’t about constantly chasing new recipes… it’s about building a few staples you can rely on.

Master the basics. Adjust as needed. Stay consistent.

That’s how results actually happen.

We then took the leftovers and used them for breakfast.

What are some of your go-to staple meals?

This is Karl, he is 40 years old, married, and has 3 children.
😀
Karl doesn’t spend all of his time in the gym, he doesn’t have a morning routine, and doesn’t think much about what he eats or drinks.
😀
What does he do to stay so fit?
🤔
What’s Karl’s secret?
🤔
Karl is the guy sitting in the background.
😐
The guy with all the abs is Bill.
💪
Bill goes to CrossFit Conductor.

They call it crazy.

Waking up before the sun.
Pushing through the discomfort.
Choosing the harder path—on purpose.

And yeah… from the outside, it might look that way.

But what’s actually crazy?

Thinking you can’t change.
Thinking you’re stuck where you are.
Thinking strength, confidence, and health aren’t for you.

We see it every day—people proving that wrong.

So if that makes us crazy… we’re good with it.

Because staying the same?
That’s the real risk.

Ran into someone really special this weekend.

This is me with Dyer — he’s 95 now. He started training with me when he was 80 in an old dirty warehouse with no heat or A/C. He showed up with more grit and consistency than most people half his age.

In the beginning, I was afraid I was going to kill him. Then when I found out I wasn’t going to, I tried to, but that old guy kept plugg’in along.

I haven’t seen him in over 12 years. Honestly I didn’t think he was still alive. Then my wife and I randomly bumped into him Saturday night at dinner. Same guy. Still active. Still moving. Still doing life the right way.

It’s easy to think fitness is about short-term goals, but this is what it’s really about — staying strong, capable, and independent for as long as possible.

Dyer’s proof: it’s never too late, and it always matters.

Most people don’t avoid CrossFit because they don’t want results… they avoid it because they don’t understand it.

Before they start, we hear it all the time:
“I need to get in shape first.”
“It’s too intense.”
“I don’t want to get hurt.”
“It’s not for people like me.”

But then something changes.

They walk in, meet a coach, get guided through a workout built for them… and realize it’s not what they thought at all.

It’s not chaos.
It’s coaching.
It’s not extreme.
It’s scalable.
It’s not intimidating.
It’s empowering.

People don’t buy what they don’t understand—and CrossFit is one of the most misunderstood things in fitness.

Once they experience it, everything changes.

The hardest part isn’t the workout… it’s walking through the door for the first time.

People won’t buy what they don’t know or understand.
😐
The biggest challenge is getting people past what they think CrossFit is to know what it actually is.
🤔
What they think it is:
Injuries
Tire Flipping
Bulking Up
😢
What it is:
Challenging
Rewarding
Effective
Supportive

😀🙌
Not to pressure them. Just so they see this and know there’s a gym in Lexington where the coach and everyone else knows your name.
