Glute Medius Series:
Lateral wall-sit isometric
Use this drill as a warmup exercise before any lower body movements to enhance proprioception for the lateral chain and building a better connection from the foot to the hip. Try these wall sit drills for 3 sets of 15-25seconds per side and let us know what you think!

Glute Med Series: progression for intermediate level.
The side plank leg lift is an easy progression beyond the side plank that requires the glute medius to produce force in a lengthened and shortened position. Try this exercise for 3 sets of 6-10 per side and progress in volume over time!
