Congrats to Brook Begin and Joanne Bellmore on competing in their first meet!

Jo took 1st place in Women’s Masters and Best Lifter for Bench Only, hitting a 110 lb bench at 113 bodyweight!

Brook put up a strong total with a 270 squat, 148 bench, and 275 deadlift for a 693 total at 181 bodyweight!!

These women trained their hearts out and are already fired up for the next time they take the platform.

Big thanks to Danny Bellmore for bringing this team together. And shoutout to Timmy Bellmore, Alexis Jeanne, Kaylee Bellmore, Timothy P Lane Sr. and Eric Verrill for showing up to support. It was a great day surrounded by strong women!!

Joanne & Brook are finishing prep STRONG.

They’re stepping on the platform for their first powerlifting meet at the Dynamaxx Women’s Meet on 3/14 - and they’ve put in the work, even when life (and the weights) felt heavy.

This team has had their backs the whole way. Quick vent sessions. Hand offs. Spotting and loading. And most importantly — being loud in their corner.

That’s what we do here at LA Strength.

Can’t wait to see them on that platform. 👊🏼🔥

Attention all past/current members!! We have a couple important updates-

1. Memberships are are due! If you havent paid, please do so ASAP.

2. If you have claimed any of the lockers circled in the pictures please reach out to us ASAP. We are cutting locks on the unclaimed lockers 3/15.

3. We now have a guest sign in sheet. You must get approval from management to bring a guest by messaging us on Facebook. Once approved please have them sign in on the sheet posted on the bulletin board next to the office.
