🔥 Early Bird pricing is available for every qualifier until ONE MONTH before that event, so be sure to register early and save!

🚨 DATE CHANGE! 🚨

Due to the recent schedule change for the NSC Windsor event, we’re moving our Vitality qualifier to Friday, November 13 & Saturday, November 14.

This updated schedule gives our Teen, Young Adult, and Elite athletes the opportunity to compete Friday evening at WNA as a warm-up before heading to NSC Windsor later that weekend. All other divisions will compete on Saturday, with the chance to stick around and watch NSC Day 2 live on Sunday!

We’re excited to create another incredible double-header weekend with Ninja Sport Network and give our athletes even more opportunities to compete, connect, and support one another.

The road to the Season 2 Championship ends at Dexterity Depot🏆💜

We’re excited to return to Camp Hill, PA for our Season 2 Finals at one of the premier ninja gyms in the country. Home to one of the best course designers in the game, Dexterity Depot is known for creating innovative, technical courses with incredible female-focused adaptations that challenge athletes while showcasing their strengths.

The top 3 athletes from every qualifier will earn their spot at Finals, where they’ll battle it out for the Season 2 title. After five qualifiers across the country, it all comes down to one unforgettable weekend.

Join us April 16–18 as we celebrate the best female ninja athletes and crown our Season 2 champions!

We’re headed back to for our 5th and final qualifier of Season 2! 🥳

This location holds a special place in WNA history: our last event at MLab was where the Women’s Ninja Association officially became a league. We’re excited to return to the home gym of our Course Director, Jenn Sanders, and bring another incredible weekend of competition to Columbus.

MLab is also an important part of women’s ninja history as the home of ANW competitor , whose impact on the sport helped pave the way for generations of female athletes to follow 💪🏻

Join us March 13–14 in Columbus, OH for our final stop before the Season 2 Championship!

Qualifier number for in season 2 will be coming at you live from NYX in GA!

NYX Training Center, located in greater metro Atlanta, is one of the premiere obstacle and movement training and competition facilities in the Southeast. Led by former American Ninja Warrior competitor Michael “MJ” Johnson, ninja competitions at NYX always deliver fun and unique obstacle courses that challenge the competitors in speed, balance, strength and technique.

NYX is excited to welcome WNA athlete Ava Dombrowskythe mix as a guest course designer for their competition!

You may have noticed that Qualifier 3 at The Lab Glendale is running Friday/Saturday instead of our usual Saturday/Sunday format 🤔

We’re excited to share the weekend with Ninja Sport Network to create a unique double-header opportunity for our female athletes. Teen & Elite athletes will compete at WNA Friday evening as a great warm-up for the NSC event hosted at Hitsquad on January 23–24. All other divisions will compete Saturday, while still having the opportunity to catch NSC Day 2 live on Sunday!

The LAB (Learn • Adapt • Build) is a science-backed ninja & movement training facility focused on helping athletes develop strength, confidence, resilience, and life skills. Led by ninja legend Flip Rodriguez, The LAB continues to build a reputation for developing strong athletes both on and off the course.

And we’re also excited to have our WNA courses designed by RJ Roman, who designed the courses at our very first event back in 2023! 🥳

This collaboration gives our community even more opportunities to compete, connect, and support women in the sport, and we’re excited to make it happen. 💪💗

We’re excited to bring WNA Season 2 to Vitality in Fall River, MA! 💥

What began as outdoor calisthenics training has grown into one of the most respected and community-driven ninja gyms in the region. Known for innovative obstacle design, diverse training, and producing insanely strong competitors, Vitality has become a home for athletes of all backgrounds and skill levels.

We can’t wait to see the energy they bring as hosts of Qualifier 2 on November 14–15! 🩷🔥

Happy Mother’s Day from the WNA 💜

To the moms who step onto the course alongside their kids, cheer from the sidelines, stay up late for practices, spend weekends at competitions, and do all the unseen work behind the scenes, we see you, and we are so grateful for you.

Thank you for the sacrifices, encouragement, strength, and love you pour into this community every single day. You help make this sport possible for so many athletes.
