This one was more challenging than the first one but if you know me then you know working out is something I will never give up. Put me through an intense workout and I’ll show up. I may stop to catch my breath and drink some water but I’m right back to it.

My Sunday reset day!🧡

Transparency moment: I wasn’t feeling it at all today but I still got up and chose my health over how I felt. Sometimes we’re not going to “feel” like working out. Sometimes we’re not going to want to chose healthier options. Sometimes it’s going to be hard to walk this walk and take this journey. Some seasons you’ll do it alone and some seasons you won’t but regardless of the time or season stay consistent!

I’m unsure of what it will take for you to chose you!

Our bodies are all different. Embracing what my body looks like because I put in the work to get here. Gaining weight was the goal; I no longer have my flat stomach and I’m more than okay with it because where I am now is where I desired to be. It took some years but we’re here!
