In Greensboro, North Carolina..... Mallard Creek boys track & field were going for a 3-Peat in the State Championship. They had the win sealed as they crossed the finish line in 1st but an unsportsmanlike penalty got them DQ'd and costed them the championship.

They received a warning earlier in the day and didn't stop them from celebrating at the end. Was the penalty too harsh, or is it a deserving penalty and a lesson learned?

The Betty H. Fairfax Stampede held their 2nd Annual "Last Ride", where the Stampede Seniors takes the field for one last time vs the Underclassmen who wants to show everyone that they are ready to compete.

Head Coach started the tradition last year, bringing everyone together to watch the student athletes showcase their strength and skills, while also creating a family fun atmosphere for all!

Cesar Chavez High School will be getting a new name! The PUHSD has voted on Cactus Canyon HS, narrowly beating out Laveen HS by a vote of 4-3.

The new name has mixed reviews in the city, and the project will cost around $700,000 to change and upgrade the facility. Maybe the new name was chosen to save money on not having to change the initials of CCHS.

My daughter watches me do clips and asked randomly if she can do a food review. No prompts from me and she crushed it in one take!!!
