We're excited of the 2 new courses we will be teaching, beginning in August.

Our first stop will be Sacred Peaks Equine Sanctuary the first weekend in August, along with one of our children's courses and even a Paint Party Fundraiser.

It's supposed to be 117° today. Be safe & stay off trails during the late afternoon hours, as that's when the highest heat time is.

Still working on a training calendar for the R2R for next year. Doing a simple hike in the morning followed by a Full Moon Hike on Thursday with a training hike on Friday topped off with a 5K run on Sunday. Hopefully my legs won't be too shocked with all the activities this week ♡

We will begin training hikes this week for R2R that we will be doing next May. We plan on hiking the 24+ miles at one time.....so get out your dusty hiking boots if you wanna join us on this adventure.

I try my best to do my walks/runs/hikes first this in the morning before I start my day. It relaxes me, it's my time with God and it makes for a great start of the day :-)

Run The Edge

Up at the Sandia Mountain in Albuquerque New Mexico. On May 3rd, My friend Shay and I will be hiking the La Luz Trail 7.5 miles one way with an elevation gain of 3,210 feet. We will take the tram down and enjoy a well deserved lunch at the Mexican restaurant afterwards.
