Lakeside Speedway kicks off a four race Labor Day Weekend of Ironman Racing in USRA B-Mods and USRA Stock Cars. Let's pack grandstands to capacity and cheer on these great Drivers doing battle for National Points. Well that flat out sucked….

First off we just want to say that we love racing at Lucas Oil Speedway and still do. What occurred last night is unfortunate and was a mistake and we will move on. To all of our fans and sponsors, Chad posted over on his page a good explanation of last night so we are just copying that over. A huge shout out to Tony Jackson and Cayden Stacye over at TJR Motorsports and the rest of the J2 team for their help this weekend. We got some things dialed in and had a hot rod all weekend long!

“It says Not much to say about tonight other than it sucked and we were robbed of a good chance at a win. We had a hot rod all weekend. 9th to 2nd in the heat put us on the pole. The track was rubbered up from the start. We led the first 11 laps until lap traffic collected me. I saved it and didn't stop or spin. They called the caution on me and sent me to the rear. I chose to take the DNF versus jumping in line and tearing stuff up in the rubber.

Casey Shuman did come and apologize and admitted it was the wrong call made by Lucas Oil Speedway. I appreciate that and it means a lot.

It's been one of those years where more wins are tough to come by. On to the next one.

This isn't a post to start bashing the track so please don't go there. It was a mistake and unfortunately it costs us a $750 win and another great National points night.

Thank you to the entire 57 Motorsports team for putting me in the best of everything. Special shout out to Tony Jackson Jr. And the entire J2 team for all of the support these past few days.
