Some people practice yoga. Some people embody it.
Felicia has been part of the Yoga Pointe family for years, and her presence is one of those quiet gifts that makes a community stronger. She is a bright light—kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply committed to living the practice both on and off the mat.
What inspires us most isn't simply her dedication to showing up for class. It's the way she immerses herself in the teachings of yoga and then carries those principles into her daily life. Not because it's always easy, but because she is devoted to the work of becoming more present, compassionate, aware, and authentic. She reminds us that yoga is not something we do for an hour a day—it's something we practice in how we live, connect, and move through the world.
We are endlessly grateful for Felicia's warmth, wisdom, and steady presence in our community. Yoga Pointe is better because she's part of it. ❤️

"Being part of the Yoga Pointe community has truly transformed my life. I started practicing yoga eight years ago when a friend invited me to join her, and I quickly fell in love with the practice. Yoga brought me the mindfulness, awareness, and stillness I had been seeking, and I can’t imagine a better community than Yoga Pointe.
Initially, stepping out of my comfort zone was the most challenging part. I had assumed yoga was only for super-flexible, athletic people, but I soon realized yoga is for everyone. For me, yoga has become a space to slow down, be present, and release stress in a positive way. It has helped me grow—physically, mentally, and spiritually—into a better version of myself."
