​3:30 PM: Start your journey with Kundalini Yoga, a practice to awaken your energy and connect with your inner self.
​4:30 PM: Deepen your relaxation with Yin Yoga and mindful journaling.
​5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: The event culminates with DJ EvaNova’s Ecstatic Dance with a Sound Bath mix alife! Prepare for a dynamic and soulful movement experience.
​This special Ecstatic Dance will be held with specific guidelines to create a safe and sacred container for everyone. Our Map of Ecstatic Dance Rules ensures an inclusive environment for exploration:
​No Verbal Communication (Zone 1): Use gesture, eye contact, and respect the "NO."
​Respect & Consent (Zone 2): Check in before touching, no unwanted contact.
​Safe Movement & Exploration (Zone 3): Explore dynamically, but safely.
​Bare Feet Only: Connect with the grounding energy of the space.
