BIO about Chris:
Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, U.S. Military Veteran, retired Charleston County Sheriff’s Office Deputy with 26 years of faithful and loyal service. Chris specialized and was an instructor in Defensive Tactics, Ground Defense, Knife and Weapon Defense, SWAT tactical training and Fi****ms. He has been a coach for various sports including football at the high scho

ol and collegiate levels. He has trained from ages 5 to senior citizens with a variety of needs and goals, both short and long term, overall health and sport specific. Wells Fit was created by Chris and his Wife Tara, who is a nurse practitioner. This husband and wife team want to expand their knowledge base to help others achieve the best version of themselves possible in every aspect of their lives. They have created and build WELLS-FIT, LLC, a personalized home based gym/training center to help people reach their physical/mental/dietary goals and achieve complete wellness. Wells Fit offers a wide variety of services, with expansion of services in the near future.
