We’ve made it a long way from our 4500 sqft beginning . Today was amazing and just the beginning of what’s to come ! It was my dream to build the gym that this state needed , but the best part of UFLEX will always be the community , thank you to everyone who came out and thank you uflex family for your unbelievable patience and support! We originally planned to open this upcoming Saturday the 19th. Unfortunately due to delays with some of the contractors involved in the finale phase of our new facility our Grand opening will be delayed. Long story short; we aren’t able to obtain our certificate of occupancy until the electrical and plumbing is finished in the build. These things are completely out of our hands or control. Do or die we have to be in our new facility by December 1st. So instead of choosing an exact date we will keep you all updated through social media.
With that said, we promise you it will be completely worth the wait. We are working very hard everyday to make sure we surpass any expectations.
Now, as a personal favor to me (Jeremy) please do me the courtesy of not texting me everyday asking for updates. We will not move the facility/ equipment without letting our members know I PROMISE I will post updates as soon as I get them on social media.

Ok here is our official grand opening date ! We had planned for October and did our part to get everything in our hands ready to move , unfortunately some things are out of our control, long story short dominion energy(previously known as SCE&G) did the right thing and sent just about all of their workers to Florida to help restore power in areas affected by hurricane IAN, so although our new facility will be ready we couldn’t get the hook up appointment with them until the second week of November therefore we can announce our official date now ! Mark your calendars for November 19th! We will have so many surprises for our community and uflex family that i promise it will be worth the wait ! Thank you for your continuous support and this also means every one who wants a membership has another 19 days of November to sign up and waive that $50 enrollment fee! Get ready! It’s official and it’ll be HUGE!

MUST READ! 🚨🚨 With our amazing new facility we will have to make changes to make sure EVERYONE is welcome when they walk in through our doors. Our goal at UFLEX is to provide the best experience for everyone , that includes offering the best equipment in the state and the best environment. Our environment is an intense and hardworking environment but our new goal is to also provide a welcoming environment. Effective as soon as we open the brand new facility : SHIRTLESS workouts ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED. We will have a posing room for anyone who wants to examine their physique. This decision has been made to keep our brand new facility clean and also to make sure everyone is comfortable in our facility. Our new facility will have professionally installed efficient climate control so comfort won’t be an issue . We thank you for your support and if taking your shirt off is a deal breaker for anyone let us know and we can cancel your membership because that mindset doesn’t match our gym. We provide the BEST equipment and BEST environment for EVERYONE to reach their goals. The key word in this post is EVERYONE , the new UFLEX will be for EVERYONE , wether you are a bodybuilder , powerlifter, athlete or just someone trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Attention all Trainers who are / planning on training out of UFLEX upon our opening at Cross County . We will be meeting Saturday October 8th at 10:00 am. This meeting is of extreme importance for trainers wanting to train out of our facility. This meeting will be to inform you of all the guidelines/ requirements / benefits of training at our new facility. Only authorized trainers are allowed to train at our gym so please make sure you are at this meeting !
