We invite you to become part of it, regardless of age, ability or experience. Our classes are sweaty, fun, challenging (and guru-less). Our highly trained teachers will give you the tools you need, but ultimately, we want you to find your greatest teacher- the one already inside of you.”

🌄Unwind on the Mt. La Crosse patio, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Driftless Region with glowing sunset views over the bluffs. This all-levels Vinyasa class, led by a Root Down Yoga instructor, will guide you through a balanced flow designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect you with your body and breath

📆Event Flow:

5:30 PM– 6:00 PM | Doors Open + Check-In
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | 1-Hour Yoga Class
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Social Hour

Your ticket includes:

1-Hour Vinyasa class – Led by Root Down Yoga instructors
Post class beverage – Your choice of a mocktail or cocktail
Post class treat – Specialty charcuterie board
Additional cocktails & mocktails available for purchase
