Over the last few weeks, we have selected four more of our players to the “1 Foot Warrior” club! During a time of the year where it is easy to get off track, Gare May, Jordan Prudhomme, Wesley Primeaux, and Brayden Martin have continued to better themselves and stay the course! We are proud to have the on our side, and can’t wait to see how they continue to push themselves to get ready for the fall!

KHS Football is excited to announce our first ever “Leadership Council!” This group was selected by their peers and coaches because of their leadership and consistency they have shown this offseason. This group will work with the coaches as well as their teammates during spring ball to ensure that our standard is never compromised! We expect to add to this group after summer workouts by adding more players who display the leadership qualities we value so much!

Starting a new week by recognizing two new members of the “1 Foot Warrior” club - Fr. OL/DL Cade Tweedel and Soph DL/OL Eli Fontenot! Cade has made many improvements on his physical development and has shown amazing consistency this offseason! Eli continues to display an excellent work ethic and improved leadership skills! The boys are wrapping up our first 8 week offseason cycle and showing a lot of gains in several areas! With the work habits this group displays it is so hard to single anyone out, but this week Jr WR/DB Tim Ardoin was top notch! He hit PRs in both his 10 yard fly time and his 10 yard acceleration time while continuing to show the ability to affect his teammates in a positive way! Keep stacking days Tim!

Good times are rolling in our 2026 offseason training! Our guys continue to push themselves and all are seeing improvements in their own physical performance! This past week, 2 players stood out and have now earned the right to call themselves “1 Foot Warriors”. Congratulations to Soph WR/DB Kaleb Jacob and Soph DL/TE Brennon Cottongin! The boys are stacking days this offseason! We have talked a lot about the power of positive thoughts this week and how we can affect others around us! This week Jr DB/WR Wyatt Howell set the tone for the group and his attitude and effort spoke loud and clear! He has earned the right to be named our next “1 Foot Warrior.” He is going to be a stud for us this fall!
