That’s a wrap on our summer workouts! 💛🖤🏀

We finished the summer the only way we know how—with max outs, an obstacle course, tug-of-war, and a plank-off! 💪🔥

I couldn’t be more proud of this group. We had great attendance, tremendous improvements, high intensity, and positive attitudes all summer long. Every workout, practice, and game was an opportunity to grow, and these girls embraced the challenge.

The work we’ve put in together has built strength, toughness, and a stronger team culture. But we’re not finished yet.

Now it’s time for everyone to put in the individual work. Keep shooting, keep lifting, keep conditioning, and keep getting better.

We’ll be back together in the gym starting in August, ready to take the next step.
