🎾Drop shot of the day🎾Put focus on third ball!!🎾One of the most important points in rally is the third ball of the rally,the one that initiates outcomes of the rally when you are on serve!🎾This is very important point to practice for everyone,specially if you are a top level junior player with high ambitions!!🎾When your opponent returns your let’s say very good serve right to the middle of court,you should be set up correctly to dictate the point!🎾This is the third point of the match rally you should focus the most in your practices at all the times!!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾One handed or two handed backhand they both have one very important aspect in common and it is a shoulder turn(take back)!🎾To have a proper severe shoulder turn is the must!🎾Great way of having proper shoulder turn no matter what stance you use is to make sure the elbow of an arm you hold your racquet with will always pass a bellybutton of your body and never ends up in front of your bellybutton!!🎾That way you will always have a great shoulder turn no matter what,if you remember this one!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾One handed backhand tips:🎾1-Eastern backhand grip!🎾2-Severe shoulder turn!🎾3-Back foot parallel with a baseline and front foot pointed directly to the net!🎾4-No hitting elbow up in preparation!🎾5-Shoulder wide stance at least and wider!🎾6-Left hand (if right handed)controlling a racquet face not to be closed or opened too much!🎾7-Contact point nicely in front of your body!🎾8-Non dominate arm extended behind your body to stay balanced , to stay sideways to prevent from opening too soon and over rotation!🎾9-Continue to extend your hitting arm through the ball and all the way up ,so your racquet cup will face the net!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾The key is to see!🎾Ideally you should be able to see incoming ball and your racquet head in front of you at the same time, while executing the volleys for a great control!!🎾To do so,have your elbow in front of your rib cage at all the times and make sure that that elbow never makes any moves towards your stomach and that keeps large as possible distance from your body!!🎾Now you are ready to step in shifting the weight from outside to inside leg for power and no swings on volleys with long follow through for accuracy!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾While serving,have your elbow pointed up in sky instead of pointing directly forward!!🎾Pointing your hitting elbow directly forward leads to problems with balance and hitting the ball too low!!🎾You should feel like you are reaching up in sky instead of having a feeling of throwing the ball directly at your opponent!🎾Elbow up!Not pointing forward!🎾Good luck!🎾
