30,000 Meters. 3,000 Push ups. 6 HOURS & 15 MINUTES

Eric came into the gym today and put in an absolutely incredible training session — round after round of 500m on the rower + 50 push-ups for 6 hours and 15 minutes.

By the time he finished, Eric had rowed an unbelievable 30,000 meters and completed 3,000 push-ups. 💪🚣

But what made today even more special was that a few of our members jumped in and joined Eric for the challenge. ❤️

Coach Carolina put in an incredible effort of her own, finishing 9,000 meters on the rower and 330 push-ups, along with a TON of lunges, kettlebell swings, wall balls, squats, and more.

And that’s what this is really about.

You don’t have to be in any particular shape, be the strongest person in the room, or do something extraordinary to make a significant change in someone else’s life. You just have to be willing to show up and help.

Eric is showing up in a BIG way.

On September 26th, he’ll take on an incredible 36-hour endurance challenge to raise awareness and funds for multiple myeloma research:

🚣 100 miles on the rower
💪 10,000 push-ups
⏱️ 36 hours

Eric is an extraordinary advocate and supporter of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF), and we are incredibly grateful for the heart, determination, and selflessness he continues to bring to this mission.

Today, our gym got a small glimpse of what this journey is going to require. More importantly, we got to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

One person showing up can inspire another person to show up. And together, we can make a difference.

Remembering. Honoring. Never forgetting🇺🇸
Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent lives taken, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

To the firefighters, police officers, first responders, medical professionals, military members, volunteers, and countless ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage — thank you. Your bravery, compassion, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We also remember everyone who helped in the days, weeks, and years that followed — those who searched, rescued, cared for others, supported families, rebuilt communities, and stood together when our nation needed it most.

May we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the strength and unity that followed one of the darkest days in our history.

BUILD A BETTER ATHLETE THIS WINTER!

We’re excited to announce a new collaboration between FWDFit Katonah × Keogh’s QB Academy designed to help young athletes become stronger, faster, more confident, and better prepared for their sport. 💪⚡️

Our Winter Training Classes combine strength training + athletic conditioning to help kids build the foundation they need to perform at their best—on the field, court, or wherever their sport takes them.

👟 Grades 3–5: 5:30–6:30 PM
🏃 Grades 6–8: 6:30–7:30 PM
🔥 High School: 7:30–8:30 PM

Choose 1x/week or 2x/week depending on your athlete’s goals and schedule.

📅 Mondays for 1x/week
📅 Tuesdays + Fridays for 2x/week

💥 10 sessions — $399
💥 20 sessions — $699

JOIN ERIC. PUSH YOUR LIMITS. HELP OUTPACE MYELOMA.

On September 11, Eric Gelber is taking on an incredible 5–6 hour endurance workout at FWDFit Katonah, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM/12:00 PM.

His challenge? Repeating:
🚣 1,000m row
💪 50 push-ups

Over and over as he pushes his body to the limit in support of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and the fight to accelerate a cure.

Want to join Eric for part of the workout? Come by and jump in! Whether you row, do push-ups, cheer him on, or simply show your support, everyone is welcome. He does this as he prepares for his 36-hour endeavor on September 26 at the Chappaqua Train Station.

And if you can make a donation to this amazing cause, even better. Every contribution helps support the fight to Outpace Myeloma.
