We’re hosting day-off camps throughout the Memorial Day break AND a very special Murph in Pleasantville! Swipe through to see your location’s offerings.

The Murph is a classic workout that includes a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run. For our event, you can complete it as a team, splitting up the reps however you’d like, so everyone can take part and finish together. You can each take an event, tag team your way through individual challenges, or complete the whole Murph alongside your teammates. And our coaches will be right beside you to help you make it happen!

WE MADE IT!

The Grit Cup Championship is on May 30th in Norwalk and registration is live. With two course runs for your athlete plus the chance to cheer on your coaches in their own runs and an All-Star relay race-style competition, you don’t want to miss all of the action!

Register by May 15th to choose your athlete’s t-shirt size. After May 15, registration remains open, but athletes will receive a standard-size shirt.

AND this year, parents can compete too! So reserve your own spot…our athletes love seeing their parents out on the course.

Finally, we’ve added multiple new award categories, so the chance to bring home a medal or trophy for your location just increased!
