This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and power of women—inside and outside the gym. We’re proud to be a space where women can show up, lift heavy, support each other, and redefine what strength looks like.

Six years of Wellness Warehouse 🤍

Kind of fitting that our anniversary falls on International Women’s Day.

Owning a small business has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done… and also one of the hardest. There have been so many tears, a lot of stress, and plenty of nights where I’ve thought, what have I gotten myself into? The long hours, the sacrifices, the worry about keeping the doors open—it’s all real.

Looking back through old photos, I’m just so grateful.

We opened just a couple of weeks before everything shut down in 2020. Masks, pivots, figuring out how to make it work—I honestly don’t even know how we got through that. But somehow… we did. And we’re still here.

The space has changed so much. Our workouts have evolved. The way we coach and run things has improved. And I’m still learning every day.

But what’s stayed the same is why I started this in the first place.

I used to walk into gyms and feel… unsure. Like maybe I didn’t really belong (even when i was confident in what I was doing). I never wanted anyone to feel that way at Wellness Warehouse. I wanted a place where you feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cheered on- no matter where you’re starting from.

And that’s exactly what this community has built.

To our coaches- some who’ve been here since day one- thank you. You care so deeply about every person who walks through these doors, and it shows.

To our members- thank you for showing up, for supporting us, and for making this place what it is.

And to my husband James… thank you for everything behind the scenes. All of the long hours, the long talks about my dreams and ideas, the encouragement, and the feedback (even though I don’t want to hear it all the time😉). I couldn’t have done this without you.

We’ve hosted pop-ups, fundraisers, community events, and so many unforgettable workouts. This place has become so much more than a gym.

It’s a community.

Supporting small, women-owned businesses matters- especially in a world full of big corporations and franchises. The fact that we’re still here six years later is because of all of you.
