I spoke to a woman who said “oh I see your ads & would love to start yoga up again but it’s been years and I’d be embarrassed since I’m not sure how I’ll do”. I explained to her that our group of yogis are of all different ages, body types, balance and mobility which makes it a great place to join! There is no judgement and everyone is so nice!! It really is awesome to see such a great feeling of community! Come, give it a try! ❤️ 🧘‍♀️
