What starts as cleaning somehow turns into laughs, tiktok dances, towel fights, and enough memories to last all season. 🖤💜🩷

We work hard when it's time to work, but one of my favorite things about TCE is that we always find time to have fun too. ❤️

One thing I will never stop preaching is **skill progression.**

Sometimes athletes don't like hearing "not yet." Sometimes they want to skip steps. But at TCE, we don't build athletes for one season — we build athletes for the future.

That's why I don't allow athletes to skip skills.

Because I want flyers who can confidently fly at any level.
I want bases who can safely and successfully stunt any athlete.
I want tumblers who don't just throw elite passes, but can consistently HIT every pass on the scoresheet.

The goal isn't to get a skill once.
The goal is to master it.

Season 3 is about building BEASTS. 💪🔥

Stronger fundamentals.
Better technique.
More confidence.
More versatility.

Trust the process. The results will come. 🖤💗💜

You may have been the last team to step onto the floor for your first practice, but you definitely made sure you weren't outdone!

As some of the youngest athletes in the gym, you came in ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to prove what you're capable of. In just one practice, you learned 3 out of 4 partner stunts and showed everyone exactly why your team is called MAYHEM! 💪🔥

The work ethic, determination, and energy in that room was incredible, and this is only the beginning.

Purple Mayhem, if this is what practice #1 looks like, Season 3 better watch out... because you are going to be UNSTOPPABLE! 💜⚡

Black Reign was the first official Season 3 team to hit the floor… and WHAT a way to start this season. 🔥

Tonight we started working opening partners, pyramid, AND baskets — and these athletes came in ready to work. The energy, focus, and determination in the room already has me so excited for what this team is going to become. 💪✨

This is only the beginning… and if tonight was any indication, Black Reign is coming in loud this season. 😤🖤
