Jaylen had an outstanding week at the plate and behind it:

This season, we’re putting a little extra emphasis on recognizing the things that matter most — effort, attitude, ex*****on, and TEAM success! 🧡🖤💚

After each tournament, our boys will have the opportunity to earn special Outlaw Stickers, which will be handed out at the first practice following the tournament. These stickers are earned — and each one represents something special! 💪🔥

🪶 NO FLY ZONE
Earned for not missing a fly ball hit in your position. Own your territory and protect your zone! 🛡️⚾️

❌ NO Ks
Earned for going through the tournament with NO strikeouts at the plate. Make every at-bat count! 💥

🏹 ARROWHEAD
For showing outstanding attitude and effort. Hustle, positivity, teamwork, and giving it your all — regardless of the score! ❤️‍🔥

🏆 WINS
A sticker for EVERY WIN! Because when we win, we win together! 🏹⚾️

We’re hitting the suds this weekend! 🫧🚿 The Cherokee Outlaws 11U are hosting a DONATION-BASED CAR WASH to help raise money for our upcoming season!

Every donation helps our boys with tournaments, equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and all the things that come with giving these kids the opportunity to play the game they love! ⚾️

💰 No set price — donate what you can!
🚗 Bring your car, truck, SUV, or whatever needs a good wash! We have a foam cannon!!!

Let’s give a HUGE shoutout to URIJAH ROGERS — our Outlaw of the Week! 🤠⚾️

Urijah had an incredible opening weekend and showed up BIG when his team needed him!

🔥 First Double of the Season for the Team! 💥

From the plate to the mound, Urijah brought the hustle, focus, and heart! We are so proud of the way he competed and represented the Cherokee Outlaws 11U!

🔥 OPENING WEEKEND — WHAT A START! 🧡🖤💚

What a way to make our first appearance as the Cherokee Outlaws 11U! ⚾️

We finished the weekend 1-2, but the record doesn’t tell the whole story. We competed against two great teams and battled against a Triple AAA team in both losses. These boys showed us exactly what this team is capable of!

📊 Offensively:
• Team batting average: .267
• Team OBP: .433
That .433 OBP tells us these boys were working the plate, showing patience, having quality at-bats, and making pitchers work. 👊

🔥 On the mound:
Our pitching staff was FIRE! 🔥
• 8 combined strikeouts
• 0 HBP
• Competed against some tough hitters and continued to attack the zone.

But the biggest stat of the weekend can’t be found in a box score…

❤️ HEART.

These boys never gave up on each other. They picked each other up, encouraged each other, fought through tough innings, and played with a TEAM OVER ME mindset.

For a group playing together for the first time, we couldn’t be more proud of how they represented the Cherokee Outlaws.

This is just the beginning. We have plenty to work on, plenty to learn, and plenty of baseball ahead of us — but the foundation is already there.

ONE TEAM. ONE FAMILY. ONE OUTLAW MINDSET. 🏴‍☠️⚾️
