He is Dave’s go-to person on the floor, especially when it comes to helping new partners and keeping communication strong. What stands out most about Scott is the ownership he takes in everything he does. He isn’t afraid to ask questions, step in when help is needed, or speak up to make sure things are done safely and the right way. Congratulations to Jarrid Gray 🩶 who earned our Stepped UP 👟 award!! Jarrid has been Vanessa’s go to on so many things, she raves about him being able to do so much, any time. All jobs, all machines, and at exceptional levels for quality and efficiency, trainer to others, and personally wants to set the tone for pace and performance, above and beyond what is asked. He is not doing it to avoid a talking to, he is doing it to set the bar high and help the TEAM Step 👟 UP!!

Jarrid hits his 5-year milestone with us in October and in this past year he has really impressed us with his ability to rise to all challenges!
