At AXIS Youth Strength Training, we focus on building not only physical strength, but strong character through our four core values: integrity, discipline, courage, and humility. Each week, we’ll be highlighting one of these values and how it helps shape our young athletes both inside and outside the gym.

This week’s focus is integrity—teaching kids to take accountability, work hard, and do the right thing even when no one is watching. In the gym and with our awesome coaches, this looks like: accountability, trying your best even if it’s hard or not something you enjoy, and encouraging and being respectful of those around you. These are lessons that carry far beyond the gym.

Because strong character matters just as much as physical strength. 💪

Everyone here remembers their first day.

Can I tell you something we hear all the time?

"I was terrified to walk in."

Not a little nervous. Genuinely scared. Scared of looking dumb, scared of not knowing what to do, scared of being the most out-of-shape person in the room, scared of getting hurt.

📣 High School and Middle School Athletes!

🏆 Introducing the Axis Sports Performance Camp this July!

If your athlete wants to come back to their sport faster, stronger, and more explosive than when they left, this is the camp for them.

Starting July 7th, we’re running a month-long Sports Performance Camp here at Axis Strength Training designed specifically for middle school and high school athletes. We’ll be training every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:30–11:30am through August 1st.

Each session is built around the skills that actually move the needle for athletes, speed, power, strength, agility, and endurance. No fluff, no babysitting. Just focused, coach-led training that gives young athletes a real edge heading into their fall seasons.

📅 Dates: July 7th – August 1st
📆 Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
⏰ Time: 10:30 – 11:30am
🎯 Ages: Middle School & High School Athletes
