At AXIS Youth Strength Training, we focus on building not only physical strength, but strong character through our four core values: integrity, discipline, courage, and humility. Each week, we’ll be highlighting one of these values and how it helps shape our young athletes both inside and outside the gym.
This week’s focus is integrity—teaching kids to take accountability, work hard, and do the right thing even when no one is watching. In the gym and with our awesome coaches, this looks like: accountability, trying your best even if it’s hard or not something you enjoy, and encouraging and being respectful of those around you. These are lessons that carry far beyond the gym.
Because strong character matters just as much as physical strength. 💪
