Bring your own fitness mat. All other equipment provided. Barre & Mat Pilates Combo. ❤️

Weather permitting, class will be on the pickleball court. If weather is not good, we will be in the big gym. ☀️❤️

Cost for regular classes is $10 walk-in for all listed below!
PLEASE make sure for all Barrilates classes to bring your own mat. ❤

Mondays - 6pm - Line Dancing (Big gym)
Tuesdays - 6pm - ChiZel (Small gym)
Thursdays - 6pm - ChiZel (Small gym)
Saturdays - 7:30AM - Sunrise Barrilates (Outside on pickleball court - weather permitting - or inside Big gym) Bring your water & sunglasses! 🙂

*****The gym will be closed Friday, June 26 - Sunday, June 28th. ***

Barrilates: Class mix of Barre & Mat Pilates
Fitness mat required. All other equipment provided. Done barefoot or in grippy socks.

ChiZel: Light to mid weight strength & conditioning.

All classes appropriate for all fitness levels. ❤
No registration required. Walk-ins welcome!

ChiZel is light-mid weight strength & conditioning. Suitable for any fitness level.
