We have the prescription for changing your body! Take your fitness from where you are to where you want to be! And all with amazing people by your side to encourage you! Classes at the following times:
5:30am - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
10:15am - Sat (Olympic lifting)
4:30pm - Mon, Tues, Thurs
7:00pm - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun

Cost:
$10 per class
10 class punchcard $90
One month unlimited $85
