Am I feeling guilty for enjoying this beautiful fall , sunny 70 degree day ? NOPE! Part of taking care of yourself is also resting. Slowing down. Rejuvenating. Soaking in the colors of fall. Praying or meditating. Taking a walk or just sitting still… it’s necessary .

Yoga Tone & Core is coming to BY2!

This class, taught by Janene & Sal, has become wildly popular. It builds strength and muscle tone, improves balance and flexibility, and improves joint and bone health.

We are so excited that Rosa will be offering Yoga Tone & Core at our Cement City location on Tuesdays at 6pm, starting in October.
