Unbreakable Fitness doesn’t care that you didn’t complete “75 Hard” or you haven’t worked out in over a year.

Unbreakable doesn’t care if you wear cut off sweatpants and a stretched out tee or matching Lululemon sets.

Unbreakable isn’t here to punish you for the large pizza or too many beers over the weekend.

Unbreakable doesn’t care about what you benched in high school or that you were in “way better shape” before you had kids.

Unbreakable couldn’t give two sh*ts about your past mistakes. If it did, it wouldn’t let me in either.

But, Unbreakable does expect you to show up and misses you when you’re gone.

Unbreakable will celebrate what you can do TODAY.

THIS is why the scale doesn’t tell the whole story. 🔥

Jenny is down 35 lbs… but even more importantly, she’s gained STRENGTH, confidence, movement, and belief in herself again.

From struggling with overhead movement to pressing 15 lb dumbbells overhead… from unable to jump to crushing burpees with improved form… THAT is real progress.

Bench press: 10 lbs → 25 lbs
Rows: 15 lbs → 25 lbs
Overhead press: bodyweight only → 15 lbs overhead

The best part?
Seeing her confidence come back. Seeing her feel good in her own skin again.

So incredibly proud of you, Jenny. Your consistency, effort, and trust in the process have been amazing to watch. 💙

In just 2 days — Saturday May 30th
Unbreakable Fitness is hosting a MEMBERS ONLY watch party for Day 2 of Chelsea’s Professional Strongman League competition!

Come hang out with the UF fam and watch Chelsea take on the BEST women in the WORLD in the U82kg class across 5 absolutely brutal events.

📍 At Unbreakable Fitness
⏰ Competition starts at 9AM CENTRAL (10AM for Chelsea in Eastern time)
🌮 Qdoba catered in for everyone attending

Family members are absolutely welcome! ❤️
Kiddos are welcome too. we just ask everyone be respectful of the space and please do not allow children to run around, as many members will be there watching the livestream.

Also please remember:
🚫 No one on the equipment during the event

This is gonna be SUCH a fun day. Good food, good people, big lifts, and a chance for the entire UF community to come together and cheer loud. 😤🔥
