This movement is simple, but it will test everything — legs, lungs, core, coordination, and mental toughness.

The goal is to squat with control, drive through your legs, and throw the ball to the target with power. Reset, catch, and repeat.

Whether you’re training for HYROX, building conditioning, or just trying to get fitter, wall balls are a great way to push your limits.

✅Focusing on Form, Mobility and Strength in our Squats to get stronger ankles, knees, and hips for greater athleticism.

📚 Did you know?
Squatting with knees-over-toes loads full range of motion with building more resilient knees.

🤔 Why is this good for athletes?
Running, Jumping, Landing, and Changing Directions in Sports requires the knees to be bent at different angles and in various ranges of motion. Lack of strengthening in full range of motion has a higher risk of injury.
