Had a amazing start to our second weekend at The Renaissance Faire at Sleepy Hollow for the Spring Fling event. We had multiple long term fights and a large number of new or novice fighters take to the list to help show folks what Buhurt is all about.

Happy Monday everyone! Practice and training info for the week.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week we will be at The Bar Performance Gym in johnston iowa for endurance and weight training . Start time for all three days this week is 9:30pm ( times will change week to week so make sure to checl weekly post if interested ). Sessions at the bar performance gym require a gym membership which our head captain can help you set up in person any of the days we are there.

SATURDAY is open practices. As always these are free and open to the public.

Location this week will be at 811 south jefferson way , indianola iowa 50125.

Practice starts at 1pm . Please bring workout cloths and a water bottle.

PRACTICE INFO! The delay is over! Open practices will begin again Saturday October 18th at 1pm . All you need is workout cloths and a water bottle .

Week day training will begin again Tuesday October 21st at The Bar Performance Gym in Johnston, Iowa. Weekly times will be posted on Sundays.
