We fought, we sweated, we questioned why anyone willingly puts on armor when it’s 90+ degrees… and we’d do it all over again. 😂🔥

Day 2 of Ren Faire and we’re already running on water, questionable decisions, and a deep love of hitting our friends with medieval weapons. 😂⚔️

It may still be hot, we may still be sweaty, and our armor definitely isn’t getting any lighter… but we wouldn’t trade it. 💜💚

⚔️ Good news: tomorrow is supposed to be cooler!
And by cooler we mean… 80s instead of 90s. 😂

At this point, we’ll take what we can get.

The New Order survived a scorcher at the Renaissance Faire today, and we’re ready to do it all again tomorrow — hopefully with slightly less roasting inside the armor. 🔥🛡️

⚔️ CAPTAIN CURTIS vs. CALVIN “THE COUCH” ⚔️
This video is a throwback to Captain Curtis going head-to-head with a New Order crowd favorite — Calvin “The Couch.” 🛋️⚔️

Since this fight, The Couch has undergone a little reupholstering and is sporting some fresh new felting this season. You’ll have to catch a newer look at Calvin to see the upgrade. 👀

Unfortunately, Calvin recently suffered a broken hand, so our freshly reupholstered Couch may be doing a little more sitting than fighting while he recovers. We’re hoping for a speedy recovery!

The Couch has always been a crowd favorite, which leaves us wondering…

Had a amazing start to our second weekend at The Renaissance Faire at Sleepy Hollow for the Spring Fling event. We had multiple long term fights and a large number of new or novice fighters take to the list to help show folks what Buhurt is all about.
