Registration is open for pistol, rifle, and shotgun sports for students in grades 4–12 who live in Warren County.

As WCSS heads into our second season of SASP, we’re excited to give more Warren County youth the opportunity to see what action shooting is all about!

Join us Sunday, August 16 from 3–5 PM at the Warren County Ikes Rifle range to check out pistol and rifle action shooting, learn more about SASP, and see if it might be something you’d like to try. This is open to all interested Warren County youth, and no previous shooting experience is required.

What a way to wrap up the season! 🎉

We were excited to celebrate our athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, and sponsors at the beautiful new New Pioneer Gun Club. It was the perfect setting to reflect on an incredible year together.

A huge thank you to our fundraising committee for transforming the space into such a welcoming venue and putting together an amazing meal for everyone. We spent the evening celebrating the season, recognizing achievements, handing out awards, and making memories with our WCSS family.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this season such a success. We can't wait to see what next season has in store! 💙💚

The 2026 SCTP State S***t Championship has come to a close!

Over the past several days, our athletes competed in doubles s***t, 5-Stand, and s***t to wrap up another successful state championship. Despite limited opportunities to practice these disciplines this season, they rose to the challenge with countless personal bests, athletes stepping outside their comfort zones, and strong performances across the board.

Several of our squads finished just outside the podium, proving how competitive this championship was. We also celebrated countless personal bests and watched our athletes continue to grow, support one another, and represent WCSS with pride throughout the competition.

Congratulations to all of our athletes on an outstanding finish to the 2026 SCTP State Championship season!

It's time for the final state championship of the season!

Today, our athletes take the field at Cedar Falls Gun Club for the SCTP State S***t Championship, competing in Doubles S***t and 5-Stand. The championship wraps up tomorrow with S***t.

We can't wait to watch another weekend of great competition, teamwork, and memories. Good luck to all of our WCSS athletes.. we'll be cheering you on every step of the way! 🟠🔥
