From the first starting gun to the final medal ceremony, remember that every race, jump, and throw is an opportunity to show the hard work, dedication, and heart you’ve poured into this season. Trust your training, compete with confidence, and leave everything on the track.

No matter the outcome, you’ve already made your FOE family proud by earning your spot on this stage. Now go out there, have fun, support one another, and compete with the grit and determination that defines FOE.
