A WIN FOR THE AGES 🏆🔥
Las Vegas, 2010. With just two races remaining in the NHRA season, John Force entered the penultimate event trailing championship leader Matt Hagan by three rounds.
After his bad crash in 2007, John had endured a difficult road back, winning just once in 2008 before going winless in 2009 for the first time since 1986. But 2010 was shaping up to be the ultimate comeback story.

Under the lights at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, fate set the stage for a heavyweight showdown as Force and Hagan squared off in a dramatic final round with championship implications on the line.

When Hagan went up in smoke at the starting line, Force powered his way to one of the most emotional and clutch victories of his legendary career, keeping his championship dreams alive.

Two weeks later in Pomona, Force would complete one of the greatest comebacks in NHRA history, capturing an unprecedented 15th NHRA Funny Car World Championship on the final day of the season.
A defining victory, a legendary comeback, and championship for the ages. 🏆
