Flynn Wendy’s had a great 4 Corner training session with the Shift Managers in Diann’s market in Indianapolis. The class was highly engaging, and the team showed a strong commitment to growth, development, and operational excellence.
Throughout the training, we focused on the importance of each corner and how every step plays a critical role in delivering a success experience for new hires. Managers worked through key training tools like observation checklists, training plans, and onboarding reports. Each manager learned how to better navigate “WeLearn”, and discussed ways to make the training more effective and impactful within their restaurants.
The participation from Diann’s market was outstanding!!
