Sometimes, the things we think might hold us back can become part of what makes us stronger leaders.

For Victor Suarez, General Manager with Flynn Applebee’s, finding the confidence to use his voice and step into leadership was part of his journey.

When we asked what he wishes he knew earlier in his career that could inspire the next generation of leaders, Victor shared:

“Don't let your Hispanic accent and stage fright hold you back. Believe in yourself, speak up, and never be afraid to grow into a leadership role.”

Today, we’re proud to introduce Carlos Sanchez, General Manager with Flynn Applebee’s, as he shares what his Hispanic heritage means to him:

🥇 Nugget bragging rights were on the line on the Eastern Shore!

The Eastern Shore turned up the energy for its first annual Wendy’s Nugget Eating Contest, featuring both classic and spicy nugget challenges.

There were plenty of laughs, lots of cheering, and some serious competition for prizes and, of course, bragging rights!

A fun day bringing our people together, building connections, and showing what the Flynn culture is all about.

We had an incredible day celebrating the grand reopening of our West Penn Wendy’s in Southern New Jersey! The community showed up in a BIG way, and our team served more than 100 guests in less than an hour!
