There are going to be a lot of opportunities to compete in the Hammer Throw this summer including 4 meets at Laidley Field! Want to learn how to throw hammer? Want to get back to the basics for the start of the Summer Track and Field competition season? This clinic is a great place to start for beginner and intermediate hammer throwers! I am limiting the clinic to 16 participants, so make sure to sign-up to claim your spot!
