As much as we love gathering with our Village Yoga Community family, Soulful Serenity will be canceled this Friday evening.

While we won’t be together Friday, your practice doesn’t end when class does. Yoga invites us to carry mindfulness, kindness, patience, and presence into every moment of our lives—both on and off the mat.

Join us on Saturday, June 13th for a special Shelter Pet Yoga event benefiting the animals of the Animal Welfare League (AWL). For just a $10 donation, you’ll enjoy an all-levels yoga class while helping provide food, shelter, medical care, love, and second chances to animals waiting for their forever homes.

Imagine flowing through your practice surrounded by adorable, adoptable shelter pets who are simply looking for kindness, connection, and a place to call home. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, this class is designed for everyone.

Family is one of our greatest teachers, and occasionally life asks us to step away from the mat to be fully present with those we love most. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support when family comes first. ❤️

🌿 THE STUDIO IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS… BUT THE PRACTICE CONTINUES. 🌿

At Village Yoga Community, we love gathering on our mats throughout the week.

We breathe together.
Move together.
Learn together.
Grow together.

But Sundays remind us of one of yoga’s greatest teachings:

Yoga is not something we do.

Yoga is something we live.

The true practice begins when we leave the studio.

It shows up in how we speak to our family.
How we respond to stress.
How we treat strangers.
How we care for our bodies.
How we rest when we need rest.
How we choose kindness when it’s easier to react.

Sunday is our invitation to slow down.

To relax.
