We frequently move large and heavy loads quickly over short distances, and sometimes use powerlifting and olympic weightlifting techniques. We also use dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, and many bodyweight exercises to prepare everyone for the expected and sometimes unexpected.
