To Our CF290 Family—
The doors are closed now, and this chapter has come to an end—but before we go, we need to say thank you.
CF290 was never meant to be shiny or perfect. That’s not who we are. We come from backgrounds where people are hardworking, loud, resourceful, and proud. You figure things out, you show up, and you take care of your people. That’s the mindset that built this gym—but you gave it life.
You showed up with trust, effort, and heart. You gave us your time and your belief. Some of you walked in brand new to movement—and you let us be part of that first step. Watching you grow stronger and more confident was something we never took lightly.
You let us into your routines, your milestones, your personal wins. You welcomed us into your homes and families—and for that, we’ll always carry deep appreciation.
To everyone who showed up in our final week—who reached out, stopped by, or stood with us as we wrapped up—thank you. You reminded us why we did this. It’s easy to be around when things are exciting. But to be there when it’s hard? That’s something else. That’s real. And to those who helped us clean, pack, and close the bay doors one finally time—you gave us peace and presence in a moment that could’ve felt heavy. We’ll never forget it.
We’re proud of what we built—not just the workouts or the space, but the energy, the rawness, the way people showed up for each other. That doesn’t disappear. You carry that now. Take it with you. Plant it. Grow it. Keep it alive.
