My Saturday morning zumba class on Sept 12 will be replaced by a special 9/11 Step Up! fitness class taught by Fenix Shepard. This is a ONE TIME only special event in remembrance of 9/11. All future Saturday classes will resume as my Zumba class.

My Tuesday class is regular schedule.

On Wednesday 9/9 I will join Jeeda’s class for a zumba party 5:45pm at LA Fitness - 1555 Eldridge Pkwy. It will be Jeeda’s last time teaching the Wednesday evening class.
