May WHES highlight… .spencereventing
Ava and Ridgetop Legend in Blue competed in their first novice HT finishing fourth place! The dressage was their highlight this weekend scoring a personal best and maintain relaxation in the ring to receive a 30.6. They were both very excited for this move up and we are proud of them.

Onto to Memorial Day weekend at VHC HT!

May WHES highlight:

Quintin Ramos-Clyne and Terians June competed in their very first GAG HT! This pair crossed the finishing line with one unfortunate drive by on xc and no time penalties. The goal was to get comfortable and continue to improve their xc as a team. They both did excellent and are ready for June! We are so excited for the season holds for this pair.

May WHES update: rider highlight 🌟

Evelyn and Sugar Plum Fairy competed in their second Starter HT this season and finished double clear on their dressage score. Lovely and confident XC round as these two have been working hard to develop as a team! Super proud of them for putting in the work to finish fourth in their competitive division.

May WHES result update!

Megan and Manila competed at their first war horse starter CT and schooling the entire GAG XC! They were both excited for this debut and knocked it out of the park this weekend. They were both a little@nervous but dusted off the cobwebs and put down a solid dressage test and stadium round. We are so proud of these two mommas back out competing and can’t wait to see them back out at the next one!

This Christmas has looked very different than we expected and I owe a very special thank you to all our clients, friends and family during this recovery. Mel had a riding accident last Thursday breaking her right leg. She had surgery right away and is on the mend. We are so grateful and appreciate all of your help and kindness during this time. You have all gone above and beyond to help care for the horses/barn, make meals for our family, taking care of our boys while she was in the hospital, and picked up any pieces needed while Mel was unable.
