Real coaches are natural leaders and expect excellence as they teach you the game.

Don’t short yourself by playing for ambitions that will cost you in the end.

Time is the only constant in being successful!
Everything else grows in stages!

One of the hardest things as a coach is knowing when a child is no longer coachable.
When they know more than you… you can’t teach them.

Although, this concept has been the same since the beginning of time! 🌎

Lucifer the worship leader, was smarter than the creator. Uncoachable! 🤣

I have learned from many people throughout my lifetime and have had to stay coachable because of the generational changes I made in my own personal life.

The goal is to get players to college cheaper.
Every player I coach.. that’s the goal!

It doesn’t come from paying a ton of money to play showcase baseball every weekend… 🙈🤭

It comes from getting them to college camps in front of coaches.
You can get invites from a showcase, but your still gonna pay to go 💯

Maintain the course!
Start saving for those camps.
At the Camp, your player should look better than many of the players there.
If not, find a new coach!

You might just be paying to be apart of a social club. 🫶🏽

All I can say, Carolina Hitmen represents everywhere we go.
Playing ball at a high level and living upto the name.. HITMEN!

As school ball closes, we found many more players wanting to play for us because of our coaching style and stage of growth with each individual player.

We are running a factory, we are running a growth experience that holds kids to positive attitudes, good grades, and being a good all around human being.

Well, here is how this will work…

Every Tuesday night (unless it’s 🌧️) between 6:15-8:00 @ Fayetteville Community Church, the Hitmen will start practices. (We are very respectful of their property and have high expectations for everyone that drives into this amazing Ball field/Church/School) 🫶🏽🎚️
We practice one day a week, with a high intensity practice.

Meaning, players only stand in line for a rest between a lot of reps at different stations covering a variety of growth for every player.

If your child is 14U and has aspirations to play at the next level, show up on Tuesday nights this month so we can start working on rosters that set teams up for success.

We currently are filling two teams and looking for our first facility. (God’s Timing)

"I’m not sure who this man is and I’m sure he just wanted to eat his meal in peace, but Brekken had other plans. We took all six kids to eat at Fernando's and all Brekken wanted was to eat with him.
He was continuously crying and as I got up to take him to the car, this man asked to get him. Brekken instantly stopped crying and sat and ate chips and salsa and had a conversation with him until he was ready to go.
Brekken was completely content and told him bye like he had known him his whole life. It’s the small things! So, if you know him, please tell him again I said thank you. He didn’t have to do what he did but completely made Brekken’s whole day. ❤️
