Best wishes to as he competes at IPA Summer Siege tomorrow on a quick turn around from his last meet. Chris seems to have been able to hold training numbers steady despite a tough schedule that makes gym time difficult.

Also a possible meet for who doesn’t post much on Instagram. She is working to get back to the platform for a first time since having a baby. Nagging injuries have limited her so we will see if it is smart to wait or take the platform tomorrow. If not tomorrow I know a return will occur soon.

Hard to believe 6 years ago we decided “f@ck” it and held a meet while most of the world was shut down. Honestly thought it would be a local meet on the smaller side. Instead we sold out 2 days with lifters coming from across the country to enjoy the freedom that was Florida.

While I am content with last year being the final meet, there is one thing I miss and that is the lifters who made it special year in n year out.

Wish I could tag everyone that was here.
