Wishing the best to coach and on the platform tomorrow at Holy Wars 3 in frigid West Boylston MA. Both are set up well for a big day tomorrow. It will be streamed on YouTube and will put link in bio when available.

I have decided to play it smart after a rough day yesterday and today. Risk of injury in the cold vs reward just doesn’t make sense. Sad but comfortable that for once listening to my body.

Registration is live link in bio. Memorial Day Weekend May 23rd.

Everyone told me I would miss hosting Showdown at the Storm and they weren’t wrong. Then approached me about co-hosting this new meet in beautiful Saint Petersburg, FL on Memorial Day weekend. Now I won’t be having serious regrets and instead get to spend a long weekend with lifters I have come to know and knew I would miss that weekend. Sweet deal for me with Damian and Christian doing the heavy lifting for the meet.

Let’s get this meet off to a great start and enjoy another part of Floridas coastlines. This one is going to be special!

Monday all things coaching. The majority of these slides are from a post by .hayden.l.mitchell that got me thinking today about coaches and culture that they both create and come from. I have been extremely fortunate to have 2 great coaches in my lifetime and unfortunate to experience the other side as well. The difference is huge and one of the reasons is stuck with me as I am not willing to risk returning to a different culture. Funny memes at start and end because I also have to give him a hard time🤷‍♀️😂

Today is weigh in day for doing her first World Championship in TX. She will be on stage Friday and Saturday. For those who aren’t familiar this is THE strongman show of the year. She does it all as a single mom of 2, occupational therapist and has to squeeze in training amongst her other duties . She does it all with grace and a smile. Sending her warm wishes on smooth days and making memories to last a lifetime.
