Hello September! We're looking forward to a nice holiday weekend ahead, and a great week - and month!

We have specials hours this weekend:
⚫️ Saturday is business as usual!
⚫️ Monday we will have two classes: 0530 and 0800
⚫️ No EOB Kids on Labor Day - We'll pick back up next Monday!

🐾 Happy National Dog Day from EOB CrossFit! 🐾

Around here, our community has four-legged members, too! ❤️🐶

Today we’re celebrating all of our beloved EOB dogs who hang out at the gym, cheer us through workouts, greet us with wagging tails, and make every day at EOB even better!

They may not be doing burpees or hitting PRs, but they’re definitely part of the EOB family. 🐾
